　　坐落在MGMGrandHotel的WolfgangPuckBar&Grill，由季裕棠(ToniChi)这位知名的美籍华裔设计师着手设计，透过传统加州住宅样式、天井、篱笆、格子布等元素的再现，将南加州的海岸休闲风情带进拉斯维加斯。

　　季裕棠表示，WolfgangPuckBar&Grill设计灵感来自加州平房的露台，一个阳光穿透、明亮色调的地方，借此提供赌城远离那些五光十色的活动外的一个休憩空间。一如WolfgangPuck最初经营Spago餐厅中所赋予的特质，在Bar&Grill中，结合海滩生活的充沛活力以及庭院的舒适优雅，借此捕捉加州美食的用餐精髓。

　　如同平面设计师RobertLouey所说，加州在美国是一个非常独特的区域，从电影、时尚、音乐等，发展出一种独特的加州文化。「youarewhatyoueat,buthavefundoingit」，更是一语道破加州这种讲究享乐的休闲步调。如今，加州美食所代表的是融合世界美食精髓与传统西岸口味所呈现出一种「无国界美食」的象征。

　　WolfgangPuckBar&Grill，拥有200个座位。所有的细节包括实体结构、室内设计、餐桌摆饰、装饰配件、员工制服、平面设计甚至音乐的选择，皆由季裕棠的设计团队一并规划。企图在赌城散发一种户外、随性、享乐、活力、优雅的休闲气息，以及一个暂时远离拥挤、喧闹活动的绿洲。

　　进入餐厅，U字形酒吧是第一个视觉焦点，提供人们聚集交流的场地。邻接酒吧的咖啡厅，则供应如早餐、轻食、宵夜或睡前酒等休闲餐点。咖啡厅立面由9座卷曲的柳木细枝纠缠成9英呎高的巨型植物花丛，并借此与外界区隔。往内则是露台的用餐区，天花板由灰色底加上蜜色格子纹布作装饰出随兴、趣味的氛围，是与朋友碰面的绝佳地方。在用餐区前方，季裕棠设计了「GlassHedges」(玻璃光盒)，将富想像力的图像复制到玻璃光盒上，宛如白篱笆上花丛覆盖的缤纷景象，重现了典型的加州风格。

　　邻接露台、位于咖啡厅尽头的「GlasshouseDining」，立面由半抽象的弧线彩色玻璃营造出类似拼贴效果，藉由光影的折绕反射，给人一种彩虹浮现的幻象。最后，季裕棠为此餐厅规划了一个特别且极富视觉张力的透明酒窖，陈列来自加州与世界各地的数以百计美酒以及独立、不受干扰的品酒室。

　　在美国具有影响、数度为奥斯卡晚宴掌舵的名厨WolfgangPuck，不仅是美国影视红星的最爱，也是在赌城首开「名厨餐厅」风气的厨师。

　　奥地利籍的他，早在70年代，便开风气之先，将正统法国菜融合亚洲烹饪技巧与加州料理美感的融合式料理(fusioncuisine)而声名大噪。从1982年开设第一家Spago餐厅开始，20年来，WolfgangPuck建立了以自己为品牌的美食王国，目前共有包括在洛杉矶、旧金山、拉斯维加斯、帕洛阿尔托和毛伊等地共12家正式餐厅，以及51家分布在美国各市区、机场和超级市场的美式休闲餐厅和快餐店。

　　Adjacenttothepatioandattheoppositeendofthecafeisthe"Glasshousedininglayer",wherethefacadeisshapedinasemi-circleofcolouredglassandgivestheillusionofarainbow.Finally,adjacenttotheGlasshouseisaChispeciality,adramaticwinecellarandlastingroom,temptingcustomerswithhundredsofbottlesofwinefromCalifornia(ofcourse)anaroundtheglobe.
