「新光信义杰仕堡」是因应全球化趋势，国际菁英人士因工作、假期，在世界各大都会频繁流动而规划的精品型LongStay。酒店式公寓由晶华酒店专业管理，提供比拟五星级饭店质感的住房租赁服务。
本案是飞形设计团队首次尝试房间系统的专案。设计团队从奢华酒店公寓(LuxuryHotelApartment)的构想发展，深化个案具备国际饭店品质的形象。因应长期居住的生活机能需求，置入舒适尺度的卫浴空间,为每个房型规划餐厨空间。设计会同经营管理团队的整体营运规划特别让三种房型统筹出系列性的风貌，空间均运用线条简练低矮的家具，并将浅灰色染入木作、涂料、织品中，为全案谱写沉稳和谐的基调。
长方盒内赏美景
ModernComfort拥有23.5坪，是尺度较大的房型，整个长型空间拥有L型窗景，属于景观优越的转角套房。设计师希望以低矮内敛的线条，突显空间具备长带状窗景的优势，并开展室内空间与都会景观的互动性。
设计研思从长型立方盒开始发生，讲究长型座椅、茶几、矮柜的线条均维持简洁低矮特色，并与带状窗景作平行排设。低矮的家具让生活重心贴近地面，使用者更能轻松地蜷曲在座椅中欣赏窗景。外型低调的长型沙发也是窗口的纯净的前景，都会日夜变化的光影脉动渗入空间中，不仅为住房织构出赏景情趣，也与居住者的生活紧密互动。
TwoLounges/TwoBedrooms
设计师希望突破传统的居住格局划设手法，运用TwoLounges/TwoBedrooms的概念区隔二个方正的生活区块，强调比邻的两区具备可对比、可模拟、可交流等特质。在客厅与卧室之间藉由清玻璃区隔，两区的家具依循对比性作配置;客厅区的L沙发是从床铺的概念作发想，让座椅降低高度、拓展深度，并给予可组合编排的特色，让沙发椅变化出坐椅、躺椅、客床等多种使用可能，赋予客厅同时具备客房的机能。
TwoLounges/TwoBedrooms的局部玻璃墙配搭线帘点缀，营造视线可若隐若现穿透的魅惑，在帘幕收展之间玩弄景深穿透变化。
ModernComfort强调闲适奢华的气息，由深浅有致的米白、米黄、棕色系酿构温暖氛围与低调奢华的私密人文行馆风貌，掳获国际旅人青睐。采访」刘蕙苹

ThisisthefirsthoteldesignforFOAandtheyconsideredthis“luxuryhotelapartment”asatrialtopenetrateintotheinternationalproject.

Aviewinarectangularbox
ModernComforthasthe23.5pingfloorplan;itisoneofthebiggersizedroomsinGasper.AlongstripwindowwrapstwosidewallsframinganL-shapedview.Theroomhasbeendesignedtoopenuptotheviewandoffersendlesscontacttocityscapeandstreetlandscapebeyond.
Alldesignstartsfromitsplan.Withintherectangularplan,thedesignerinstalledlongchair,teatableandlowcabinetinparalleltothewindow.Thelowpositioninducesrenterstoappreciatethewindowviewwhiletheysitorcurluponthesofa.Thislongsofaacceptsnaturallightandstandsinpositionwheredailycomfortisnotseparatedfromitsexistence.
TwoLounges/Twobedrooms
Inatypicalhotelroomdesign,thespaceisdominatedbyabedanddresser;whileinFOA'sdesignforGasper,theroomissubdividedintotwolounges/twobedrooms.Theconceptgivestheroomtwolivingzonesthatallowthespacetobeflexiblewhileevenlydivideditintotwodistinguishedspaces.Theglasspanelseparatingthemisonlyapartiallyphysicalblock.Visualpenetrationallowsthetwospacestomaintainadialoguewitheachother.Observingthefurnitureofeachzone,onefindstheysharesimilardesignideaz.Thesofainthelivingzoneisverymuchlikeabed;itmayconvertintoacouch,sofa,andevenanactualbed.
Theconceptof“twolounges/twobedrooms”hasasitskeyelementaglasspanel.Thebeadweavedscreencoversthescreenbutexhibitsalayerofhighvisualpenetrationbutisstillvisuallyobscuredbyit.Likeatantalizingdream,aviewofahumanmindisbothsuperficialanddeepintoone'sconsciousness.
