本案位于香港浅水湾，共有三、四、五楼等3个楼层。由于基地与海湾为邻而拥有极佳的景观优势，设计师希望将壮丽的景致引入空间，规划诉求着重于具备休闲特色的豪宅，同时为住宅与室外风光拓展互动的平台，并能兼顾居所恰如其分的私密性。
设计构思从独享隽永风光的悠闲豪宅启始。透过宽阔的格局，结合完善的居住、休憩、娱乐规划，满足居住者生活、享乐、宴客等多元需求。住宅大门设于四楼，设计师让垂直连系楼层的钢骨梯座披覆白色烤漆，并运用玻璃踏板铺砌，经由落地窗借引的采光照拂下，烘托出梯座轻盈时髦的姿态，透露本案明朗大器的个性。
设计师希望每个楼层在机能属性分明之中，也能和室外景致共构和谐氛围，在私享的明媚风光与屋主生活轨迹中，蕴酿空间独有的韵律与浓度。
四楼的客、餐厅呈现通透格局。客厅落地玻璃窗将迎面的海景、采光引入室内，成为客餐厅共享的风景画。为了强化自然景致的张力，设计师特意让全室维持纯净的设色与简约线条，在地坪铺设长毛地毯，白色橡木墙身装设液晶电视，暖黄的灯源从天花板间隙低调的漫出，大量选用色彩素雅、造型低矮的家具，让窗外景致成为空间醒目的主角，在自然背景烘托中构筑静谧悠闲的居室氛围。另一方面，考量场域运用的灵活性，客厅选用活动式家具为主，墙身和家具外型虽然素简却极为讲究细腻精致的质感，造型各异的立体座椅，也为素雅的厅区演绎着丰富活泼的变化。
餐厅是联系玄关、客厅、梯座、厨区的转折点。设计师特意为长型餐厅营塑宽敞开扬的视野，开放通透的空间感配搭着雅净设色，餐厅运用大量的原木质材与客厅构成和谐又对比的趣味。全室素雅的调性衍伸至厨房，米白色厨房拥有充裕采光，厨具选用奶茶色镜面门板，跳脱传统厨区封闭、沉重气息，强调清爽且时尚感的烹饪环境。
三楼整层均属私密空间，分布主?套房、孩房、客房与书房。主?套房的规划构想源自精品饭店的奢华房型，空间延续厅区的淡浅调性。设计师希望强调卧房雅洁温馨的氛围，特意在寝室铺陈米色地毯，墙身贴饰米色粗麻质壁纸，落地玻璃窗将自然绿意舒展至房内。淡米色的垂地帘幔适当维系?房内隐私，当帘幔紧闭后采光依旧能透入寝室中，让卧室在明亮之余又能保有宁馨、私密的安全感。比邻主卧套房的儿童房、客房都延续着主卧套房的淡雅设色与俐落线条，用简洁、温暖的时尚样貌应对窗外景致，无论是空间或人都能将室外风光尽收眼底。
五楼是休闲、聚会楼层，整座天台铺设柚木地板，规划露天客厅、露天餐厅、烤肉区。餐厅选用柚木餐桌椅，呼应本案善用自然点缀居所的特色。以海港为背景的客厅选用藤编长椅和茶几，周边由透明玻璃栏杆环绕，展现悠闲奢华的渡假气息。当宾客在夜空下享用晚餐，愉悦的移往客厅观赏夜景，脱离都市喧嚣而独享海湾景致，为聚会平添浪漫且出众的话题。
设计师大量运用清透质材，让室内与室外景致相揉合，透过简练的线条、纯净的设色烘托美景，让丽致的浅水湾风光作为本案最灵动的画作，将充沛采光转变成空间生动的舞姿，让本案在奢华的空间享受之外，更拥有无价的私人享受，在隽永简约的刻划中，生活升华成与自然共构的精致美学，化作一首经典愉悦的进行曲。

TheresidenceislocatedinRepulseBay.Itoccupiesatotalofthreefloorsfromthethirdtothefifthandenjoysexceptionalviewstowardstheocean.Steve'sintentwastobringtheviewtoitsdeepinteriorwhilemaintainingwithintheresidenceanimpressionofaclosedinterior,aprotectionthatconsiderablyguardsthevalueofthefamily.
Thedesignconceptisfixedtoaninteriorofcasualrelaxation,andisdominatedbyanimposingspaciousnessandendlessgoodviews.Familyneedsrelatingtoliving,entertainment,sociallifearewelllaidouttocomplywitheverythingthatisdesired.Themainentrance,locatedonthefourthfloor,directlyconfrontsasteelstaircase,cladwithwhitecolortubeandinlaywithtransparentglassflights.Lightpermeatesallaroundandethereallyhangsthestructureintheair.
Stevethinksallthreefloorscanbeproperlyappropriatedtofitthenecessaryfunctionswithoutmixingthemtogether.Theinteriorandexteriorcouldbewelllinkedwhilenotjeopardizingtheintimacyofitsinteriorhomeambience.
Thefourthfloorlivinganddiningroomsareundivided.Agrandwindowintroducesabreathtakingviewfromthelivingroom.Thedesignerhopesthatthelandscapewouldbecomeacollectivememoryforthefamily.Thewholeroomkeepsspatialintegritywithrestrainedfurnishingobjects;lowstandfurniture,whitecoloroakpartition,infiltratedyellowlightgentlysoakingtheceiling,andrusticwoolcarpetallmaintainanuninterruptedpositionopposedtothewindowview.Thisroomcanaccommodateactivitiesofmanykinds;mobilefurnitureassuresthisspaceisgoodforanyfunction.Eventhoughfewfurnishingelementswereplaced,constructiondetailsareexcellentandwelldesigned.Chairswithacuriousshapestandcasuallyonthefloorandacceptapplauseforitsvividstyle.
Thediningroomisplacedinacrucialpositionthatlinksthelivingroomandstaircaseinacontinuousorientationplan.Alargerthannormalsizediningtablestandsinanamplespacethatexhibitsitsactivesocialsignature.Plaincolorandwoodfurniturehasadirectcontrasttothatofthelivingroom.Thistranquilqualityevenextendsintothekitchen.Thewell-litkitchenisequippedwithbeigecolorkitchenwareandotherkitchenfacilities.Reflectionsonthesurfaceofcabinetdoorssendanairofcasualdelightasitwouldbeacomfortablemissiontocookinthisspace.
Thethirdfloorisaprivatespaceincludingbedrooms,guestroomandlibrary.TheMasterbedroomhasaplansimilartoanexpensivehotel.Beigecolorcarpetcoversthefloor;beigecolorlinenwallpaperwrapsexposedwallsurfaces;thickdraperyinbeige,carefullymaintainsafeelingofintimacywhileacceptingnaturallighttoslipin.Thekids'rooms,adjacenttothemasterbedroom,andtheguestroommaintaintheintegralqualityofthishome.Plaincolorandlesssophisticatedfurnishingsbothsupporteachothersview-castingwindows.
Thefifthfloorisanentertainment/socialspace;familymembersorguestscanenjoycasualchatting,diningandbarbequeactivityastheirbarefeetgrazetheteakwoodfloor.Transparentglasswrapsthebalconytosecurethespace,andtheuninterruptedviewisentertaininganytimeparticularlyatthetimethesunisabouttosetandadarkbluecolorgraduallyeatsuppartofsky.Rattanchairsandateatablesilentlyattractsgueststositenjoythequalitymomentsoftranquility.
Steveisamasterwhoknowshowwewouldbedelightedwiththishomeaslightisanessenceofthespatialspiritandmaterialisanelixirthatenhancesthequalityoflife.Hanghighabovethegroundandfacethebeauty.Thisapartmenttransformslifefromthenormaldailyclich?toaritualofspatialworship.Boththeinteriorandexteriornatureisnotaprosaicspatialtypebutaningredientturninglifeintoanappreciationofthebeautyoflifeandthingssurroundingus.
